Reflexology with Geral Lee.
For 2019, I encourage you to make staying well a priority but keep it simple and fun! Continue to support your health with reflexology.
For those of you that have been diligent about drinking water consistently...and I do hope it is filtered..., keep up the good work. I have made the effort starting 6 months ago and I am proud of myself. At least 4 glasses....6 or 8 ounce glasses....it's up to you. I think 6 glasses is a great daily average. I don't believe you need more than 8. Just starting out? Make it fun....add lemon....organic I insist!! More tidbits to come.
Geral Lee is certified through the International School of Reflexology and has over 10 years experience.
She took a refresher course with Laura Norman's Reflexology Training Program in August 2018.
She majored in physical education, taught junior high PE and coached several sports.
While residing in Providence, RI from 2001 to 2013, her reflexology activities included home visits, partnerships with Affordable Health Collaborative, RI School of Design, Eastside Ymca, Action Physical Therapy and John Hope Settlement. She volunteered at numerous health fairs and fundraisers, i.e.Red Tent event, Sixth Annual Vision of Hope Cancer Walk and Community Preparatory School's auctions.
Since moving back home to Setauket in 2013 to inherit her father's house, Geral has continued to provide reflexology home visits. She collaborated with Touch of Health, Myofascial Wellness Center. She participated in Suny's Wellness Expo (2013, 2014); Health and Wellness Fair at St. Joseph's College and Mental Health Association in Suffolk's Yoga and Wellness event. She conducted several group reflexology classes at Emma S. Clark library.
Geral invites you to experience reflexology at Geral's Place, Your Quiet Space.
Geral still offers reflexology to her clients in Rhode Island once a month. Of course, she gets reflexology for herself about once a month. "Reflexology is one of the best things that came my way!"
